I'm Ron Bhattacharyay. I live in San Francisco. I spend my time as a startup helper for Seed to Series C companies - solving technical, GTM, and recruiting problems. I was the CEO and co-founder of Muddy, the first real-time multiplayer browser. Before Muddy, I built
- Data Streaming for 20,000 wifi routers at Zenreach
- Agentic ad marketmakers at Google
- Monitoring for on-premise data appliances at NetApp,
- PCBs for Viasat-2 at Boeing.
I studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at The University of California, Berkeley. My research focused in simplifying object interpolation in noisy camera feeds. In my free time I enjoyed:
- Coaching the Bay Orangutans, the youngest FRC World Champions ever.
- Webmastering The Daily Cal my freshman year.
- Building StartupSift with my roommates.
- Organizing Cal Hacks 2.0 through 4.0.
- Running Hackers at Berkeley, the original @ Berkeley org.
